We don’t require you to spend a certain amount to become our client, since we know that your e-commerce company could grow very fast. Ideally you’ll be spending at least €25.000/month to use our services and get onboarded quickly.
What is the pricing?
We charge a monthly fee and a percentage on your ad spend. Pricing is dependent on the level of service you require and the kind of offers you will be advertising.
Can I top-up via credit card?
No, we don't accept credit card payments
How long do top-ups take to process?
Top-ups can be processed once we received your payment in our bank account, 6 days per week
What are your office hours?
Our office hours are from 6am CETÂ until 11pm CET, 6 days a week.
How do we communicate?
We do all our communication in Slack, where you get support from our Account Managers.
