We don’t require you to spend a certain amount to become our client, since we know that your e-commerce company could grow very fast. Ideally you’ll be spending at least €25.000/month to use our services and get onboarded quickly.
What is the pricing?
We charge a monthly fee and a percentage on your ad spend. Pricing is dependent on the level of service you require and the kind of offers you will be advertising. Pricing starts at 249 EUR or USD a month and 3% ad spend fee.
Can I top-up my account via a credit card?
No, unfortunately this is not possible yet. All Top-Ups are pre-paid, meaning you need to transfer it to our bank account first.
How long do top-ups take to process?
Top ups can be processed within 12 hours, 7 days per week. When you start with us we will do our due diligence checks over a certain period. Once our finance team has approved your business, we can process top ups upon receipt of a Proof of Payment (PoP) like a screenshot of your transfer.
How many accounts can I request?
We suggest you to start with at least two Ad Accounts to start our service. After that, you can request as many as you want as long as the first Top-Up for each account is €1.500 / $1.500.
What if my Facebook Profile, Business Manager or Page is banned?
We have access to a Facebook support team that could re-enable your assets in certain conditions.
