Advertising Eligibility and Acceptable Use Policy

How GO DGTL reviews businesses, products and campaigns, standard vs elevated-risk verticals, and prohibited activity.

Purpose

  1. 1.1

    GO DGTL reviews each business, product and campaign before providing access to advertising infrastructure.

  2. 1.2

Standard Verticals

  1. 2.1

    Standard Verticals are generally subject to routine onboarding and standard compliance review.

  2. 2.2

    Examples include policy-compliant retail and e-commerce; standard lead generation; standard app-install campaigns; conventional B2B services; and conventional consumer services.

Elevated-Risk Verticals

  1. 3.1

    Elevated-Risk Verticals may require enhanced compliance review, additional documentation, licensing verification, specialist provider matching, campaign conditions, ongoing monitoring and additional pricing.

  2. 3.2

    Examples include cosmetics; healthcare-related products and services; dietary supplements; cryptocurrency-related services; finance and credit services; licensed real-money gaming; dating services; donation campaigns; location-tracking products or services; and other regulated, claims-sensitive or platform-sensitive activities.

  3. 3.3

    Elevated risk does not necessarily mean prohibited. It means additional review is required.

  4. 3.4

    Elevated-risk pricing starts from one percentage point above the applicable standard Commission Rate.

Eligibility factors

  1. 4.1

    GO DGTL may consider the exact product or service, business model, advertising claims, licenses, subscription practices, target geographies, intended platform, landing pages and checkout, fulfilment, refund and chargeback history, previous platform restrictions and provider appetite.

Prohibited activity

  1. 5.1

    GO DGTL does not support illegal products or services; counterfeit goods; fraud or phishing; fabricated or materially deceptive claims; malware; falsified documents; unauthorized surveillance; intellectual-property infringement; cloaking or concealed redirects; deliberate platform circumvention; false identities or business information; unauthorized payment, financial or gambling activity; or conduct that creates material risk to other clients or infrastructure.

Client disclosure obligations

  1. 6.1

    The Client must disclose all material aspects of its business, offer, products, landing pages, claims, geographies and intended account use.

  2. 6.2

    GO DGTL must be notified before a material change.

Documentation

  1. 7.1

    GO DGTL may require company documents, ownership information, licenses, product evidence, claim substantiation, fulfilment information, refund and customer-service procedures, or other compliance evidence.

Decisions

  1. 8.1

    GO DGTL may approve, approve with conditions, classify as Elevated Risk, request changes, restrict particular platforms or geographies, or reject the application.

  2. 8.2

    GO DGTL may later change or revoke an eligibility decision if circumstances change.
