Scope

  1. 1.1

These terms explain GO DGTL’s public pricing model, top-up commissions, monthly subscription fees and billing procedures.

  2. 1.2

The Client’s signed Service Agreement, order form and agreed commercial terms remain binding.

  3. 1.3

Where client-specific pricing differs from the public pricing page, the client-specific written pricing applies.

02

Definitions

  1. 2.1

“Base Top-Up Amount” means the amount requested for allocation as usable advertising balance.

  2. 2.2

“Commission Rate” means the percentage applied by GO DGTL to the Base Top-Up Amount.

  3. 2.3

“Qualifying Ad Spend” means base advertising spend recorded across the Client’s approved accounts during a calendar month, excluding GO DGTL commissions, Platform Taxes, monthly service fees, bank, SWIFT and foreign-exchange costs, penalties and administrative fees, other services, and refunded, reversed or returned amounts.

  4. 2.4

“Platform Tax” means any tax, duty, levy, digital services tax, location charge or similar amount imposed or passed through by a platform, provider or governmental authority in connection with the advertising spend.

03

Volume plans

  1. 3.1

Unless different pricing is agreed in writing, the standard pricing above applies.

  2. 3.2

The Client’s Qualifying Ad Spend in one calendar month determines the Commission Rate applied to Top-Ups processed during the following calendar month.

  3. 3.3

The rate remains fixed for that calendar month unless a different account-specific rate applies, an elevated-risk adjustment applies, a platform or provider requires different pricing, or custom terms have been agreed.

  4. 3.4

GO DGTL’s systems, platform reports and provider records determine Qualifying Ad Spend, absent manifest error.

Elevated-risk pricing

  1. 4.1

Businesses, products or campaigns requiring enhanced compliance review, specialist infrastructure or additional operational support may be subject to an Elevated-Risk Adjustment.

  2. 4.2

Elevated-risk pricing starts from one additional percentage point above the applicable standard Commission Rate.

  3. 4.3

For example, a Control client with a standard rate of 3% may have an elevated-risk rate starting from 4%.

  4. 4.4

Final classification and pricing depend on the business model, product or service, advertising claims, licenses and authorizations, intended platform, target geographies, account history and infrastructure availability.

  5. 4.5

GO DGTL may reclassify a Client if its business, product, campaign, geography or risk profile changes.

05

Top-Up calculation

  1. 5.1

For each approved Top-Up, the amount deducted from the Wallet consists of the Base Top-Up Amount, the GO DGTL commission, applicable Platform Tax, and applicable banking, provider, FX or other Pass-Through Charges.

Example: €10,000 base Top-Up at 3.5% commission with 21% Platform Tax

Platform Tax

  1. 5.2

Platform Tax is separate from the GO DGTL service fee.

  2. 5.3

Platform Taxes may vary according to the account, platform, billing entity, advertiser location, target geography or applicable law.

07

Monthly subscription fee

  1. 6.1

The Access monthly service fee is billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.

  2. 6.2

GO DGTL may collect the monthly fee through Stripe or another disclosed payment provider.

  3. 6.3

The monthly fee covers access to GO DGTL’s service infrastructure and is separate from advertising spend, Top-Up commissions, Platform Taxes and Pass-Through Charges.

  4. 6.4

Unless otherwise agreed, the monthly fee is non-refundable once the billing period begins.

08

Automatic renewal and Stripe authorization

  1. 7.1

Where the Client subscribes through Stripe, the subscription renews monthly until cancelled.

  2. 7.2

By subscribing, the Client authorizes GO DGTL and Stripe to store the selected payment method securely, charge the monthly subscription fee automatically, and retry failed payments in accordance with GO DGTL’s Stripe billing configuration.

  3. 7.3

GO DGTL does not receive or store the complete payment-card number where Stripe hosts the payment process.

  4. 7.4

The Client may cancel renewal through the portal, where available, or by emailing billing@go-dgtl.media.

  5. 7.5

Cancellation must be received before the next scheduled billing date to prevent the next renewal.

  6. 7.6

Cancellation does not refund a fee already charged.

Required checkout confirmation: “I authorize GO DGTL to store my selected payment method through Stripe and charge it automatically for the monthly subscription fee until I cancel. I have read and agree to the Service Agreement and Pricing, Subscription and Billing Terms.”
09

Failed payments

  1. 8.1

If a subscription payment fails, GO DGTL or Stripe may retry the charge.

  2. 8.2

GO DGTL may suspend subscription-based access, new account requests or other Services while an amount remains overdue.

  3. 8.3

The Client remains liable for unpaid subscription fees and reasonable recovery costs.

10

  1. 9.1

GO DGTL may change public pricing prospectively.

  2. 9.2

A change to an existing recurring subscription will be communicated before the next affected billing date.

  3. 9.3

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, subject to the Client’s right to cancel before renewal.
