AI Compliance Tool Terms

Terms that apply when submitting creatives, copy or landing pages to the GO DGTL AI compliance-checking tool.

Scope

  1. 1.1

    These terms apply when a user submits images, videos, ad copy, headlines or descriptions, landing-page URLs, product information or related campaign materials to the GO DGTL compliance tool.

Preliminary assessment only

  1. 2.1

    The tool provides a preliminary automated risk assessment.

  2. 2.2

    The output is not legal advice, an official platform review, platform approval, final infrastructure acceptance, or a guarantee that an advertisement or account will be approved.

  3. 2.3

    The tool may produce false positives, false negatives, incomplete findings or findings based on policies that have subsequently changed.

Human review

  1. 3.1

    GO DGTL may offer or require human compliance review.

  2. 3.2

    Human review also does not constitute official platform approval.

  3. 3.3

    Final eligibility decisions may depend on information not visible in the submitted materials.

User responsibility

  1. 4.1

    The user remains responsible for reviewing the report, verifying current platform rules, obtaining legal advice where required, substantiating claims, and ensuring legal and platform compliance.

Rights in submitted material

  1. 5.1

    The user confirms that it owns or is authorized to submit the material.

  2. 5.2

    The user grants GO DGTL a limited license to host, copy, analyze and process the material for producing the requested report, providing human review, maintaining security, preventing misuse and improving the service in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

Confidentiality

  1. 6.1

    GO DGTL will treat unpublished materials as confidential, subject to processing by authorized service providers, required legal disclosures, security investigations and the user’s authorization.

Artificial-intelligence providers

  1. 7.1

    GO DGTL may use approved AI and technology providers to process submitted content.

  2. 7.2

    Those providers will be identified by category or name in the Subprocessor List.

  3. 7.3

    GO DGTL will not use confidential submitted advertising materials to train a general-purpose AI model, or permit a third-party provider to do so, without the user’s express permission.

Retention

  1. 8.1

    Uploaded files will be retained for [INSERT PERIOD].

  2. 8.2

    Generated reports will be retained for [INSERT PERIOD].

  3. 8.3

    Abandoned uploads will be deleted after [INSERT PERIOD].

  4. 8.4

    A user may request deletion, subject to legal, security and contractual retention requirements.

Prohibited submissions

  1. 9.1

    Users must not upload payment-card details, passwords, identity documents unless specifically requested, patient or medical records, unnecessary personal data, illegal content, malware or materials they are not authorized to disclose.

Lead information

  1. 10.1

    GO DGTL may require contact information to deliver the report.

  2. 10.2

    Providing contact details for report delivery does not automatically constitute consent to unrelated marketing.

Availability and liability

  1. 12.1

    GO DGTL does not guarantee continuous tool availability.

  2. 12.2

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, GO DGTL is not liable for losses resulting from reliance on an automated assessment.
